The coaching program really gave me a solid base to start with, I've always wanted to delve deeper into the world of being a coach and thanks to all of the given knowledge I was able to start as an assistant coach to help a benelux team create their first starting roster. The mentorship covers a lot, not only ingame aspects buts also the player aspect.
